and improving the helpdesk for better support handling.

Alberto is our Community and Technical Assistance Manager. He provides support for installation,
launching issues, and payment problems, manually resolving refunds when needed.
He gathers feedback from players, moderates community behavior (insults, racism, unfair play),
and ensures a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Game Support & Live Ops
We handle live operations for our games, including bug fixing, balance updates, monitoring servers,
and ensuring smooth player experiences during peak loads. Our team is always on standby
to make sure players enjoy a stable and engaging environment.
